BrainWorks Holistic Therapy focuses on holistic psychotherapy by supporting individuals through life’s challenges—especially challenges that arise due to transitions, unexpected stressors, chronic conditions that impact day-to-day life experiences (such as complex PTSD or attention deficits), and developmental or complex traumas. 

We aim to develop therapeutic relationships that value connection and collaboration. Our priority in therapy is to provide a safe space that promotes healing, increases resilience and coping, and cultivates self-confidence, a healthy lifestyle and an overall feeling of contentment.
